When we say our products are water-resistant, sweat-proof, hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, we have tried and tested it. But sometimes things happen in production and defects may happen. If this happens to you, we would be happy to replace your product if it's still on hand or give you a store credit with the same amount of purchase. We offer a 360-Day Guarantee on necklaces, earrings, bracelets and accessories. All rings are covered for 180 days.

 If the items are damaged after a 360-day period, AMARALA will not be responsible for the replacement.

We are also not responsible for any lost items even within that period.
