If this happens to you, we would be happy to replace your product if it's still on hand or give you a store credit with the same amount of purchase. We offer a 1 year warranty on necklaces, earrings, bracelets and accessories. All rings are covered for 180 days.

 If the items are damaged after a 1 year period, AMARALA will not be responsible for the replacement.

We are also not responsible for any lost items even within that period. 

If you are not satisfied with your order or you want to exchange it with something else, you are entitled to return/exchange within 30 days from delivery date in exchange of store credit with no questions asked!

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for returns/exchanges. Shipping fee will vary on buyer's location.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive the package at our warehouse and inspected by our team, please allow 5-7 business days for us to email you your store credit.
